If you are giving one of our products as a gift, we LOVE to make it special for you at no extra charge.  

 

The items we offer can be shipped in a gift box or gift bag with a personalized message from you.  

 

Click on the image to the left to view our box. We use generic ribbons on the package, or holiday appropriate. At check out, you can let us know if this is an option you would like by filling out the "Note to Seller" box prior to finalizing your order.

Note: If your purchase is a gift and you would like a gift card included, please fill out the "Note to Seller" box prior to finalizing your payment. We will not include the packing slip with your order, only your message on a card.

International Shipping Rates through USPS Priority International Mail, International Express or First Class International Rates

Place the order and then we will contact you with options for the best shipping rate we can find for your order before we prepare it.  Once you have chosen the best shipping rate, we will send you an invoice for that shipping option.  Once paid, your order will be prepared and shipped. 

REFUNDS:  **If product has been purchased, but has NOT been shipped, all requests for a refund must be made through an email to highlandblueberryfarm@gmail.com .  If product has not shipped yet, ALL refunds will be paid back to the customer through a PAYPAL Bank Transfer within 7 business days.  At this time, this is the only way we can refund products purchased.  If product has shipped when refund is requested, you will be instructed to follow the return policy below.  Thank you for understanding.**

Return Policy On Product Purchased and Received by Customer

Only product that has not been opened can be returned for consideration of a refund. Once the original product packaging has been opened, exposing the tea, it can not be returned for a refund. Only product packaging that is unopened can be returned.  Once received and inspected, it can then be considered for a full or partial refund.

Customer must pay all shipping costs associated with returning any unopened product back to Highland Organics, 94 Old County Road, Stockton Springs, ME 04981 No refunds granted for return shipping.

 

Full or partial refunds are at the discretion of Highland Organics upon receiving and inspecting product returned.  At this time, ALL refunds will be paid back to customer through a PayPal Bank Transfer only.
