Located near the coast in a small Waldo County town in Stockton Springs, Maine, Highland Blueberry Farm™ is elevated with gentle sloping fields facing a panoramic view of sky, rolling hills, forest, and the majestic Mount Waldo. Wild lowbush blueberries have grown here from the times of the Penobscot and Passamaquody nations. The clones or colonies of roots, vines and bushes grow in a bed of their own ancestors, carpeted over granite ledge. The sweetness, flavor and miraculous health benefits of these blueberries are unique in all the world. They are hearty, determined survivors that persevere in sun warming summer, and long, dark cold Maine winters. Our premium loose tea is combined with the sun-sweetened blueberry fruit of summer and the crimson-red blueberry leaves of fall to provide "a taste of wild Maine blueberries in every cup." |

| Together, Tom and his wife Theresa Gaffney have been stewards of the fields for 20 years. Highland Blueberry Farm™ has been certified organic by the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA) since 2002. In that time, together with a community of family, friends, and wise advisors, Tom and Theresa have been learning how to minimize what man has done to "cultivate" the plant and fruit, while maximizing what God has perfectly created. This principle has guided the care of the fields, the nurturing of pollinators, harvesting and processing, and the care of staff and customers. Highland Blueberry Farm™ is privileged to introduce the first whole plant Wild Maine Blueberry Tea. |
